City Planning Commission

Attached is the notice for the upcoming City Planning Commission meeting regarding the proposed ordinance modifying Title XIV “Zoning Code of the City of Cincinnati,” to permit the establishment of Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) on single-family lots in the City.

I know there has been some confusion surrounding this due to the date being pushed back, so please note that this meeting will be held on Friday, June 2nd, 2023 at 9:00 AM, both virtually and in person at City Hall. If you would like to speak publicly on record during the meeting for this item, please reply to this email and indicate whether you will be attending virtually or in-person, that way I can update the RSVP list accordingly. To attend virtually, please contact me no less than 48 hours in advance of the meeting, otherwise I cannot guarantee you will receive the meeting link. If you only wish to view the meeting without speaking, it will be broadcast live on Citicable at https://www.cincinnati-oh.gov/citicable/. Any comments or written statements you wish to be included in the report to the Planning Commission may also be directed to me.
